Shah Apparels is an Integrated Apparel Sourcing Agency & Production Management Partner based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We coordinate product development, commercial sourcing, audited partner production, quality control and export delivery through one managed execution platform. Production is routed through audited partner facilities holding individual certifications and compliance credentials including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, SEDEX / SMETA, WRAP, GOTS and RSC / Accord compliance. Scope varies by selected facility; current audit credentials are provided upon RFQ review. Sourcing breadth includes fabric development, custom trims and labels, embroidery, rotary / screen printing, specialized washes and sustainable polybags / packaging.

Tech Pack & Lab Dips

Construction, measurements, artwork and material direction are translated into tech-pack actions, color lab dips, fabric development and trim approvals.

Step 03

Fit & PP Sampling

Fit, measurements, workmanship and construction are refined through sampling, followed by pre-production approval before bulk release.

Fabric Booking

Approved fabric, yarn, trims and packaging materials are booked against the confirmed specification, quantity and production calendar.

Bulk Production & Inline Checks

Bulk production is monitored through inline measurement, workmanship, construction and finishing checks with corrective action tracked during execution.
